Students can view or print their final grades using My-UW. If a student needs a final grade report mailed to them, they may submit their request via My-UW and a grade report will be mailed to their current mailing address approximately a week and a half after the end of the summary instruction period. The process of entering final grades must be complete before grade reports are made available. Students may update their mailing, home, and billing addresses on My-UW.

Mid-term grades for first year students are prepared at the end of the sixth week of classes. Mid-term grades are sent via e-mail only to students on Monday of the eighth week.
