Enrollment Verification

A letter certifying enrollment status (full-time or part-time etc.) can be obtained using one of the following methods:

• Stop by 333 East Campus Mall #10101 for "while you wait" in-person service.
• Obtain a free certification from the National Student Clearinghouse via the My UW-Madison web portal.
• Send a signed written request (enclose a pre-addressed, pre-stamped envelope) to the following address:
